What is personal training?

Personal training is a specialized work-out routine that is done in the presence of a trainer. These trainers have undergone specialized training to maximize your workouts and help you achieve the results you deserve. A personal trainer is essentially a coach who will stay with you for your entire workout and give you encouragement to push your limits. At Alpine Fitness our personal trainers will:

1. Analyze your cardio, strength, and nutrition.

2. Evaluate your progress, provide client education, and individualize your workout.

3. Provide motivation and encouragement as you pursue your fitness aspirations.

Feel free to come in any time, 24 hours, to utilize the same equipment you have come to know and enjoy. Your gym membership is free while you are enrolled in personal training sessions.
