It is more accurate than calipers, and bio-electrical impedance. -This method has only 1% error. This means, if we told you that you were 20% body fat, you would be between 19% and 21%. -Compare this to the testing methods of certified trainers at your local gym. -At most gyms, certified trainers use caliper measurements to test body fat.
