Membership:
What kind of memberships do you offer?
Gym Membership, Massage Membership, Recovery Spa Upgrade with month-to-month, annual, or annual paid-in-full membership options.
What benefits do members receive?
- Access to showroom floor & luxury equipment

- $500+ in discounts to local businesses
- Commentary 10 min massages (available on gym floor)

Can I transfer my membership?
Month-to-month memberships can be transferred once at no cost.
Annual memberships can also be transferred for a small fee.
Can I share my key with a friend or family member?
No. Each member must have their own key for security. Using another person’s key or letting someone in will trigger our security system and may result in fees or loss of access.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer two discounts:
1: You get $10 off monthly for any family member who joins on your account.
2: You get a $5 monthly credit on your membership for each friend that joins. Your friend also gets a $5 monthly credit toward their membership when they come in with you.
Day Pass Options:
Do you offer day or trial passes?
Yes. Day passes are $25, or $15 when visiting with a member.
If you join within 24 hours, your day pass will be credited toward your membership.
Trial passes are not offered.
Access & Keys:
Why isn’t my key working?
If you encounter problems when using the physical key the issue is most commonly due to an unpaid balance. Please call 801-216-4299 during staffed hours for assistance.
When using the digital access key on your phone most common issues are Bluetooth or Location settings. If you are having further problems please call 801-216-4299 during staffed hours for assistance.
What if I lose my key?
Call 801-216-4299 during staffed hours to replace your key.
Personal Training
How do I get started with personal training?
Book a free consultation through our website under the Training tab or call 801-687-0000 to schedule.
Massage
Do you provide longer massage session?
Yes. We offer 90 minute massage options for both the one time massages and massage membership.
Do you have to be a member to get a massage?
No, massage services are separate from gym membership and can be purchased on a one time or membership basis whether you are a gym member or not.
Do members receive a massage discount?
Yes. Members save $25 on their first one time massage, and can save $25 per 60 minute massage by signing up for massage membership.
How do I schedule a massage?

Recovery Spa
What’s included in the Recovery Spa?
The Recovery Spa add-on is an $69 addition to a month to month membership and includes:
- Aromatherapy steam room
- Luxury changing facilities
- Unlimited Red Light Therapy
- Unlimited Cold plunge and Sauna

What are your gym hours?
Mon–Thur: 4:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Fri–Sat: 4:30 AM – 10:00 PM
Sun: Closed
Key access ends one hour before closing.
What are staff hours?
Mon–Sat: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Mon–Thur: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Are you open on holidays?
Yes, for members. Visitors must call ahead for access.
Is there a lost and found?
Yes. Please ask during staffed hours.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards (with a transaction fee), and eligible HSA/FSA cards.
How is membership billed?
All memberships are billed bi-monthly.

Cancellations
How do I cancel my membership?
Submit the cancellation form at the bottom of our website’s home page.
- Month-to-month memberships: Must be canceled 31 days before the next billing cycle.
- Annual memberships: Cancel only at the end of the agreement term.
If I cancel mid-cycle, when does my membership end?
Memberships end 31 days after the start of the next billing cycle following your cancellation notice.
