A loved member of our gym for years, after rigorous training, has become a critical part of our team. She had tried it all, yoga, pilates, spin class, and finally after no results she took her future into her own hands, doing her own research and seeking us out to develop her own style of workouts that gets results through fulfilling and empowering forms of exercise. Sara has struggled with depression since childhood, but developing a love for fitness absolutely changed her life. Now down from a size 18 to size 2, a regular in local 5ks and a passionate volunteer in her church, niece’s school, and local elderly community, Sara’s dedication to her clients extends FAR beyond the weight room. This rockstar truly needs no introduction, conquering multiple spartan races and a personal hip thrust record of 460 lbs, we have Amanda! Originally a gym member who fell in love with our culture, now after over 500 sessions across countless clients, she has the highest client performance feedback ever, with 100% positive feedback from EVERY client she has worked with. CPR Certified, training for Alpine Fitness and the National Cancer Training Institute, this fierce woman specializes in strength training & clients with special circumstances. Outside the gym, this woman never stops moving, her family spends their family home evenings mountain biking! Amanda does one-on-one personal training and one-on-one nutrition coaching. Clients that want to be pushed to their limit cannot see results faster than with Amanda.
