CrossTrain class is designed to optimize physical competence. The class is a marriage between Crossfit and TRX Suspension Training. It utilizes the high intense interval training that Crossfit is known for, and the focus on core and joint stabilization that TRX brings to the table. In our CrossTrain class, you will be able to achieve any level of fitness regardless of experience.

This class is free with your membership! The functional training class focuses on improving your joint mobility, balance, and stability. This total body workout has a direct relationship to the activities you perform in your daily life. The exercises are designed to train and develop your muscles to make it easier and safer to perform everyday activities.
We are accepting new interns. Our facility features the best hands-on internship in Utah! You will: create and modify workout programs, train on exercise techniques including TRX suspension, help instruct others, and personally train individuals with health and nutrition needs.
