Have you ever caught yourself thinking “I wish I was a bit stronger” or wondering what it would take for you to be able to reach your goal for a certain exercise? Your not alone in these thoughts. Even seasoned athletes are looking for ways to increase their strength.

There are many ways to get stronger, but few exercises are as effective as squats and dead-lifts. By incorporating these two exercises into your routine, you will notice results in as little as a few weeks.
