Starting out as just a week in correspondence with International Women’s Day on March 8th. Presidential proclamation Women now have the entire month of March for recognition. Originally deemed as a local celebration in Santa Rosa, California, the movement spread across the country and Women’s History Week was born. Today, women all across the nation can enjoy more than a week getting to encourage and celebrate each other’s due diligence all March long.
