1. Your Personal Trainer Will Keep You Working Hard Every Session

A personal trainer isn’t going to let you plateau in your workouts, and will keep you sweating the whole session. You won’t leave thinking that you could have worked harder.

2. They Keep You Accountable for Your Goals

If you set goals with your trainer, you better believe that they will make you stick to them and make sure you are well on your way to achieving them.

3. Your Personal Trainer Will Help You Lift Safely and Correctly

Often when you are learning new exercises you don’t know how to do them correctly. This can lead to injury if not corrected. A personal trainer will make sure you are lifting correctly so you won’t injure yourself.

4. They Help You Achieve Results Quicker

Because you are being pushed to your limits, your body will respond by burning more fat and creating more muscle, which means you will be looking better more quickly.

5. Your Personal Trainer Will Help You to Use Your Exercise More Effectively

Are your rest periods a little excessive? You won’t have that problem with a personal trainer at your side. You will be breathing hard the entire time.

6. They Will Teach You New Exercises

A personal trainer will have you doing exercises that you never thought of. They will help mix up your workout routine and have you feeling sore for days.

7. They Are Someone You Can Talk to

Sometimes its good to have a personal trainer because they listen to what is going on in your life. Its’ almost like getting some therapy while you work up a sweat.

8. You Are More Motivated to Work Hard Because You Are Paying for the Service.

Let’s be honest. When was the last time you really gave your all for something that was free? When you are paying for a service, you are automatically more motivated because it comes at a cost. Because a personal trainer costs you some extra money, you are going to work extra hard to get the most out of it.

Summer is almost over, and I still don’t have the body I wanted to have when wearing a bathing-suite. I want to drop at least fifteen pounds. I thought the advice about paying for a personal trainer very interesting. I didn’t think how this would motivate me because it will come at a cost and I will want to work extra hard because of it. I will need to look into getting a personal trainer.

Paying for a service does make it wise to make sure that you are getting as much out of it as possible. I am sure that this is true for personal training as well. My sister might like this motivation since she is looking into getting a personal trainer.

Accountability is really important, this would help push you further than you’re able to reach. Someone to cheer you up and remind you that you can do it goes a long way in the fitness life. Awesome post!
